NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Shenango Township are accepting Bids of the following: Road Materials to include asphalt, catch basins, corrugated pipe, unleaded fuel, diesel fuel, assorted risers, crack sealer and crushed aggregate (various sizes) for 2024. Specifications and documents are available on the Township website at www.shenangotownship.org/news-events/public-notices/
Proposals must be received by the Township Secretary prior to 10:00 a.m. April 11, 2024 in a sealed envelope marked clearly on the outside “SPRING/SUMMER ROAD MATERIALS. Bids will be publicly opened and read on April 11, 2024 at 10:15 a.m. at the Shenango Township Municipal Complex, 1000 Willowbrook Road, New Castle, PA 16101. Bids will be awarded at the Board of Supervisors Meeting, April 11, 2024 which begins at 6:00 p.m. or subsequent meeting as determined to be in the best interest of Shenango Township.
Shenango Township reserves the right to accept, reject, or modify any bids received.

SPRING SUMMER BID PACKETS 2024
INVITATION TO BID
PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT:
Shenango Township is seeking sealed bids for playground equipment at the Shenango Community Park, located at 238 Kittery Ridge Drive, New Castle, PA 16101 A complete copy of the specifications is available at the Shenango Township Municipal Complex, 1000 Willowbrook Road, New Castle, PA 16101.
All bid are to be sealed and clearly marked “BID – SHENANGO COMMUNITY PARK PLAYGROUND” on the outside of the envelope.
Interested parties can submit sealed bids complete with drawings, or pictures and material specifications to 1000 Willowbrook Road, New Castle, PA 16101 not later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2024. All bids will be publicly opened and read on April 11, 2024 at 10:15 a.m. at the Shenango Township Municipal Complex, 1000 Willowbrook Road, New Castle, PA 16101.
